We aim to dispatch your personalised order within 2-3 business days, (Business days: Monday - Friday) if any different we will contact you via email or phone.
Memory Bears and Christmas Stockings take longer to create with those being Bespoke.
Please make sure you double check your contact details as that's where you will receive your order confirmation and tracking information. If you don't receive an email in your inbox, please check your junk!
As soon as your items have been personalised, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email "Your order is on the way". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and other factors including bank holidays.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 business days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered parcel.

Delivery Cost:

Personalised Gifts - We use Hermes Standard Delivery Service for personalised items the delivery cost is £3.95, this cost will be displayed at the checkout.
Memory Keepsakes' - Due to the nature of these, the finished creation will be sent by UPS Tracked Next Day service at a cost of £8.00.
Collection - If you are local to Crewe, Cheshire you are welcome to Collect, please get in touch, many thanks.
